Should you not be able to find a solution and the product should not perform as expected, please fill in the following RMA form to start the process and be able receive a replacement, refund or repair as soon as possible within the warranty period.

To successfully complete your RMA form, you will need the product’s serial number found either on the side of the sales box or on the back of the device itself.
